Since our guests were coming from all over the country, we booked a location near Yongsan Station, and it was great that it was right in front of the station. The booking process was smooth, and everything was good on the day of the event, except for an issue where the event was delayed by about 30 minutes due to a problem connecting the MacBook (PPT). A dedicated engineer came to resolve the issue, but they couldn't identify the cause, so they replaced the TV, which caused a bit of a commotion, but everything was resolved successfully. Since the conference room also provides packed meals, I would definitely consider booking again if I plan a similar event in the future. I recommend it!

When coordinating various requests after the reservation is confirmed, it would be better to have a designated person in charge to handle all event-related matters from start to finish. When I called, I had to speak with three different people, which was inconvenient as I had to repeat myself. Additionally, I felt frustrated because a male employee, who appeared to be an intern, seemed unable to provide the information I needed immediately.

How long does onboarding take?
Give us your hotel, banquet-hall, and package info and your page opens within 1 business day. Photo/VR shooting takes about a week, and a single 2-hour session is enough for staff training.
Do I have to integrate with my existing PMS or booking system?
No. You can use it standalone right away with no integration. Without replacing existing systems or doing IT work, just add one Sales Engine link and the inquiry, quote, and booking flows all work.
Can I import my existing customer database?
Send it as Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets and we'll migrate it in bulk. Your existing inquiry history, quotes, and contacts are preserved as-is in the EMS inbox.
Is foreign-language support available?
English and Japanese auto-response are supported by default. Even when an overseas corporate customer inquires in English, the AI sends the quote without manager intervention (Sales-Engine Pro).
Can the quote template be changed to our hotel's format?
